# Call Forwarding Always

Call forwarding is a phone management feature that helps you to redirect or forward incoming calls to an alternate number. It is commonly used to forward calls from an office phone to a user’s cell or home phone, or a colleague’s number.

Call Forwarding Always forwards all incoming calls to the destination you choose.

To forward all incoming calls to another number:

1. From the main dashboard, locate the User Call Handling panel. Find Call Forwarding Always and click on the toggle button, The Call Forwarding Always window will appear.![01-callforwardalways](https://businessvoiceportal.hawaiiantel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/01-callforwardalways.jpg?width=763&name=01-callforwardalways.jpg)
2. In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.
3. Optionally, you can enable a Ring Reminder, here. If enabled, a brief tone will play on your desktop phone when a call has been forwarded. 4. Proceed to enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
5. Click **Save**.

To disable Call Forwarding Always, click on the toggle button again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
